Compliance Technical Analyst

Description

The Compliance team plays a critical role in ensuring evoke's products meet regulatory requirements across multiple regulated markets. Acting as a bridge between business, product, and technology teams, we define compliance requirements for new developments and help ensure our platforms remain fully aligned with evolving regulatory standards. As a Compliance Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring compliance-related processes, analysing system behaviour, investigating issues, and helping ensure our products continue to meet regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities
  • Review business specifications, technical designs, and system documentation.
  • Monitor daily compliance reports across regulated markets.
  • Investigate issues, analyse root causes, and support resolution within agreed SLAs.
  • Track and follow up on reported incidents, ensuring timely progress and closure.
  • Analyse monitoring reports and identify potential compliance risks or system gaps.
  • Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Support the continuous improvement of compliance monitoring and reporting processes.
Requirements
  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (recent graduates are welcome to apply). (required)
  • Experience in QA or software testing is considered an advantage. (preferred)
  • Strong SQL skills, including the ability to understand and write complex queries. (required)
  • Ability to understand system architectures, specifications, and technical documentation. (required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and interpret monitoring reports. (required)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities. (required)
  • Self-motivated learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving. (required)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. (required)
  • Experience collaborating with distributed or remote teams. (preferred)
