Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader with FullStack development expertise to lead our team of developers & QAs in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge applications. As the Team Leader, you will play a critical role in overseeing the development lifecycle, driving best practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires a strong background in .NET development, as well as proficiency in front-end technologies, excellent problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Managing & leading the development team
  • Review specification and design documents
  • Create and maintain drill-down designs
  • Support team members in technological challenges
  • Implementation of R&D processes for both Development and QA
  • Manage the knowledge and redundancy inside the team
  • Working closely with different interfaces like testers, product owners, and project managers
  • Report the progress and status of the project to the stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working as a developer
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a team leader
  • In-depth understanding of client/server applications
  • Experience in working on web-based systems
  • Languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Libraries: react, redux
  • Languages: C#, SQL
  • Frameworks: .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, WCF
