Implement and maintain flawless visual build standards using industry-standard tools. Collaborate with designers and developers to build outstanding UI and UX experiences. Apply your expertise to improve our game features. Ensure relevant processes regarding asset management, file organization, output configuration is clearly and correctly executed. Deliver assets on time to specification with a thorough and complete attention to detail. Manage version control and development tools to ensure efficient project workflows. Develop technical art solutions that optimize game performance and visual quality. Bring your enthusiasm and technical expertise to help advance our products to the next stage. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technical artists and team members. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development. Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Various other duties include: Game Documentation as per business need. Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to achieve the highest quality games possible. Follow guidelines set by Mojo studio management to manage / develop art assets to support business. Bring in ideas/innovations to improve the overall process in terms of tools and processes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree/BFA/MFA or equivalent work experience of 10-12 years in relevant field. (required)
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects & Unity and the game development pipeline. (required)
  • Experience in 2D/3D gaming, 2D/3D game designing. (required)
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and adaptability to work with ambiguity. (required)
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with global stakeholders. (required)
  • A good eye for attention to detail and be willing to follow technical/compliance specifications. (required)
  • Passion for the gaming industry and a drive to build world-class experiences. (required)
  • Experience in using Assets control systems (like Perforce). (required)
  • Ability to sketch or draw (digital or traditional) concepts and ideas, storyboarding (nice-to-have)
  • Good knowledge of any scripting language to automate Artist tools. (nice-to-have)
  • Proven experience working on Casino games (preferred)
  • Gaming Experience (preferred)
