Associate Regulatory Compliance Specialist

- Handle all Nevada Gaming Employee registrations for contractors, new hires, and renewals as applicable following NGCB Gaming Employee registration guidelines for manufacturer’s employees.
- Prepare and submit Monthly New Hire Reports for Nevada Gaming Employee Registrations.
- Liaise with Nevada Gaming Control Board Employee Registration Unit (ERU) on behalf of Aristocrat.
- Ensure payment is handled for Nevada Gaming Employee Registrations.
- Conduct probity due diligence investigations and renewals for all customers, vendors, distributors, and third-party service providers following the Aristocrat Global Compliance Plan.
- Perform employee probity assessments and work with Licensing and People & Culture to handle new hire background checks and renewals according to the Key Associate Suitability Policy.
- Investigate special requests for information for various tribal and state regulators as assigned.
- Maintain Protecht and linked files.
- Maintain D365 records input and records management for customers’ suitability.
- Assist with maintaining integrity records for all vendors and third parties as required by Aristocrat Global Compliance Plan.
- Assist in preparing and responding to internal and external audit and regulatory inquiries concerning due diligence files, Nevada Gaming Employee Registrations, and procedures as requested.
- Attend key collaborator meetings.
- Assist other department members as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 12+ months of compliance, human resources, gaming industry, and/or audit experience or its equivalent is desirable.
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a Nevada Gaming Employee Registration.
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment where the resolution of complex tasks is required.
- Ability to adapt to and accept change at a fast pace.
- Must be diligent, highly accurate, and organized.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Operational knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
