Bookkeeper

- Maintain accurate bookkeeping for all worldwide accounts, covering Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
- Process, verify, and reconcile Accounts Payable invoices, ensuring a strict payment process.
- Analyze invoice and expense reports to charge expenses accurately to accounts and cost centers.
- Record and manage pre-paid expenses and amortization schedules.
- Maintain and reconcile bank account and credit card ledgers with outstanding accuracy.
- Prepare and submit VAT and vendor tax withholding reports to global authorities.
- Report financial information to additional institutions such as social security, the IRS, and other regulatory bodies.
- Assist with audits and provide support for quarterly closings as necessary.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a sole bookkeeper (required).
- Level 2 certification being a must (required).
- Demonstrated experience in handling bookkeeping for all accounts, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet (required).
- Expertise in working with multiple currencies, entities/subsidiaries, budget lines, and departments (required).
- Previous experience in a high-tech company, demonstrating the ability to compete in a fast-paced environment (required).
- Strong Excel skills, allowing for the successful implementation of financial analyses and reports (required).
- High-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate clear and effective communication (required).
