Business Controller - Content & Aggregation

Description

At the heart of our organisation is a commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality outcomes that create lasting value for our customers and partners. We foster a collaborative culture grounded in accountability, continuous improvement, and partnership—core to how we operate and succeed. As we continue to evolve our global finance operating model, controllership is increasingly focused on ownership, insight, and business partnership, rather than transactional execution. Within this model, centralised Accounting Operations teams deliver scalable, standardised processes, while Business Controllers act as senior finance leaders accountable for financial outcomes, balance sheet integrity, and commercial insight. This role represents a pivotal opportunity to be the Business Controller for our Content & Aggregation business, which is a key growth driver for Aristocrat, with complex billing and multi-entity operations. You will manage the entire balance sheet and collaborate closely with senior colleagues to drive financial performance, oversee risk, and aid decision-making. You will be at the intersection of finance operations and commercial finance. You will bring challenge, insight, and judgement. You will draw on a centralised Accounting Operations team for transactional and close execution. For a finance leader who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys combining technical depth with commercial thinking, this is an opportunity to play a critical role in shaping a modern, forward-looking controllership function.
