Digital Trainer
We are searching for an outstanding Digital Trainer to join our Sydney based team. You will be responsible for assisting our customers with setting up, managing and supporting app content and conducting functional and technical product training using various delivery formats including instructor led and computer-based training for our digital products. - Provide on-site and remote training and support for customers.
- Scope and set up our digital products to ensure efficient performance.
- Assist customers in managing app content and the app submission process.
- Develop and deliver structured training courses and build supporting documentation.
- Ensure customer issues are promptly addressed and resolved.
- Collaborate with sales teams on new bids and tenders.
- Identify knowledge gaps using Training Needs Analysis tools and develop workshops to address them.
- Work with product developers, customer support, and sales to build innovative instructional solutions.
- Provide on-site support during the launch phase of implementation projects and continue support thereafter.
- Maintain and update course guides based on product updates.
- Manage training administration, including course evaluations and maintenance of training environments.
- Formal training qualifications (Cert IV – Desirable).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required).
- Experience with digital products and apps is desirable (preferred).
- Extensive experience in the technology sector is a plus (preferred).
- Knowledge of casino and/or club operational procedures is advantageous (preferred).
- Shown experience in delivering formal training programs (required).
- Outstanding presentation, organizational, oral, and written communication skills (required).
- Ability to write clear and effective training and procedural documentation (required).
- Demonstrated collaborative skills across various organizational areas (required).
- Strong technical and client-facing skills (required).
- Shown application/technical training experience, ideally within the gaming environment (preferred).
- Ability to travel to customer sites to deliver training (required).
