Senior Associate, Investor Relations

- Take ownership of key IR activities and processes, demonstrating independence and sound judgment.
- Coordinate investor and analyst meetings, roadshows, conferences, and other market engagement activities.
- Support the planning and delivery of major IR events, including results announcements, investor briefings, and the AGM.
- Support the preparation of results materials, AGM papers, Board and Executive presentations, investor messaging and other market-facing content.
- Conduct financial, peer, industry, shareholder and market analysis to support investor communications and leadership discussions.
- Work proactively with internal teams to gather insights, understand business performance, and ensure messaging is accurate and aligned.
- Support responses to investor and analyst queries, escalating matters where appropriate.
- Maintain and improve the IR website and digital disclosure channels.
- Manage and enhance IR databases, process controls, CRM systems and team workflows.
- Support budget management for the IR team, including forecasting, reconciliation and variance analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve IR processes, including through leveraging AI, automation and new technologies.
- Apply discretion, professionalism and attention to detail when working with confidential and market-sensitive information.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in IR, equity research, corporate finance, investment banking, finance, consulting, accounting, strategy, or a related analytical role.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, form views and make recommendations.
- Interest in capital markets, listed companies, investor communications and corporate strategy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate financial and business information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external partners in a professional environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and applying judgment when guidance is broad or consultative.
- Advanced capability across Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Curiosity about how AI and new technologies can improve workflows and outcomes.
- Strong personal integrity and proven ability to handle confidential information.
