Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain flawless visual build standards using industry-standard tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to build outstanding UI and UX experiences.
- Apply your expertise in Unity, particularly with Unity UI and Unity Animations, to improve our game features.
- Manage source control and development tools to ensure efficient project workflows.
- Develop technical art solutions that optimise game performance and visual quality.
- Bring your enthusiasm and technical expertise to help advance our products to the next stage.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior artists and team members.
- Work closely with collaborators to understand and implement their vision.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Maintain a demonstrably outstanding portfolio of your work.
Requirements
- Proven experience working on social or mobile titles.
- Demonstrable skills with 3D packages and technical art.
- Expert knowledge of Unity and the game development pipeline.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and adaptability to work with ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
