Tech Lead - SFDC Developer

- Build, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools such as Flow and Process Builder.
- Develop and sustain integrations using Salesforce Web Services APIs, including REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.
- Own the full development lifecycle: requirements analysis, solution build, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Apply and champion Salesforce guidelines, architectural patterns, and coding standards across the team.
- Manage development workflows based on version control (branching, merging, pull requests) and DevOps tools such as Salesforce CLI, Copado, or AutoRABIT.
- Write comprehensive test coverage to ensure quality, reliability, and successful deployments.
- Collaborate closely with business partners, project teams, and QA to translate requirements into well-designed solutions.
- Evaluate third-party vendor tools and integration strategies to support platform growth.
- Develop accurate effort estimates and contribute to project planning and prioritization.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, MIS, or a related technical field. (required)
- 5+ years of professional IT solutions development experience in a medium-to-large corporate environment. (required)
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, and platform configuration. (required)
- Expertise in Salesforce Web Services APIs: REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Metadata. (preferred)
- Experience with declarative automation tools: Flow, Process Builder, or similar. (preferred)
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices: Salesforce CLI, version control, CI/CD pipelines, or tools like Copado or AutoRABIT. (preferred)
- Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect). (preferred)
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Field Service Lightning implementations. (nice-to-have)
- Background in Agile development methodologies and business analysis. (nice-to-have)
- Exposure to business intelligence or reporting tools. (nice-to-have)
