Technical Product Owner
Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to develop an enterprise-scale web-based platform for online lotteries. This is a hybrid position based in Krakow with on-site work required three times a week.
Responsibilities
- System analysis of Aristocrat Interactive cross-platform products: Backend application, Bonus and Promotion mechanisms, CRM tools, Security modules, Payments system, etc.
- Writing features, stories, and requirements documents (PRDs) based on customer needs and product strategy.
- Performing analysis and specification for integration with 3rd party systems, including definitions of APIs.
- Working inbound within a technical agile team, and with multiple departments at Aristocrat Interactive (Security, Payments, Compliance, etc.)
- Ownership across the lifecycle of features from concept through launch, and post-launch analysis & optimization phases.
- Researching and analyzing strategic and competitive information to constantly optimize the products and their performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- Proven 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/System Analyst
- Experience in writing detailed functional requirements or detailed build documents
- Experience delivering features and client SDK for iOS and Android Mobile Applications
- Experience in agile methodology from online or software companies
- Previous B2B customer-facing experience.
- Experience in the iGaming industry – big advantage
- Excellent written and verbal English level
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with stakeholders of all levels of seniority
- Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives
- Strong great teammate, excellent interpersonal and service skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, well organized, multi-tasking
