Description

As a talented individual with an in-depth knowledge of the Brazilian market you will lead our Sports Product team. You will leverage a strong understanding of the gambling industry to produce actionable insights through market research, competitive analysis, and performance monitoring. The Sports Product Manager leverages a strong understanding of the gambling industry to produce actionable insights through market research, competitive analysis, and performance monitoring. You will support senior leadership with data-driven reports and help drive continuous improvement by optimizing strategies in the Brazilian market. The role will involve flexible working hours, including evening and weekend work to cover the busy sporting calendar. All relevant training will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the monitoring and analysis of commercial performance metrics across the Brazilian market, ensuring the timely reporting of KPIs and driving optimization strategies.
  • Utilizing both internal and external data sources to generate actionable insights that inform and support strategic business decisions.
  • Conducting competitor analysis and market benchmarking to anticipate industry trends and refine business strategies.
  • Staying informed of industry developments, regulatory changes and emerging market opportunities, assessing their potential commercial impact on the business.
  • Recognizing, managing and escalating of real time issues with our Sports product and betting tools.
  • Creating reports that will lead to proposals for various areas of our sports product offering including markets/betting opportunities, site functionality, terminology and promotions.
Requirements
  • Strong interest and understanding of the gambling industry, including product, regulations and licensing. (required)
  • Fluent proficiency in verbal and written English for a fast-paced environment. (required)
  • Capacity to produce insightful reports and presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders. (required)
  • Strong analytical skills with a capacity to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations. (required)
  • Proficiency in conducting competitor analysis, market research, and commercial forecasting. (required)
  • Results driven with the desire to test, re-evaluate, optimize, and test again. (required)
