VIP Analyst

Description

As a VIP Analyst, you will work closely with the VIP department to analyse customer account data, identify key trends, and provide insight that supports the growth and retention of our VIP customer cohort.

Responsibilities
  • Analysing VIP customer account data to identify trends, behaviours and opportunities for growth.
  • Producing regular and ad hoc reporting on VIP performance, account metrics and customer activity.
  • Supporting the VIP department by providing clear insight to inform customer management strategies.
  • Building and maintain datasets, dashboards and reporting outputs to monitor cohort performance.
  • Presenting analysis in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders across the department.
  • Working with colleagues to understand business needs and deliver data-led recommendations.
  • Investigating anomalies or changes in customer behaviour and highlight risks or opportunities.
  • Improving reporting processes, automation and data quality where appropriate.
  • Supporting the team with additional analysis, projects and operational requirements as needed.
  • Ensuring all work is completed accurately, professionally and in line with company policies.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (required).
  • Proficient in Python and SQL, with experience manipulating and analysing large data sets (required).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to working with data (required).
  • Experience producing reports, dashboards or performance insight for stakeholders (required).
  • Ability to identify trends, patterns and opportunities from customer or business data (required).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to colleagues and management (required).
  • Experience using data visualisation tools or reporting platforms, such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or similar (nice-to-have).
  • Knowledge of customer account performance, CRM data, retention analysis or VIP/customer segmentation (nice-to-have).
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment (required).
