Affiliate Executive
As an Affiliate Executive, you will play a key role in driving Betano’s international growth by scaling and optimizing our affiliate channel and various digital marketing partnerships (including content). You will join a dynamic, fast-growing marketing team and work closely with the Performance marketing team to deliver measurable, value-focused outcomes across Germany, Denmark, and Bulgaria, with a strong emphasis on the German-speaking market. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role centered on partner acquisition, commercial optimization, digital marketing and data-led decision-making.
- Actively collaborate as part of the Performance Marketing team, contributing to weekly and monthly performance reviews, planning sessions, and optimization meetings;
- Support the Affiliate & the broader Performance Marketing team with reporting, content optimization initiatives, and partner activations;
- Monitor current affiliate partner performance and analyze their activity across all digital placements, including content positioning, visibility, and promotional prominence;
- Onboard and scale new affiliate and relevant partnerships through commercial negotiations, deal structuring, and performance-based agreements;
- Own and optimize affiliate performance across assigned markets, ensuring ROI-positive growth and scalable acquisition;
- Monitor market trends and industry developments within the affiliate and iGaming ecosystem;
- Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, tracking KPIs such as Cost, Impressions, Clicks, CPA, Revenue, LTV, and conversion efficiency;
- Identify and analyze affiliate performance trends and deliver actionable insights, forecasts, and recommendations to stakeholders;
- Provide proactive account management by tailoring promotional mechanics to maximize partner performance;
- Execute and optimize market-specific affiliate campaigns aligned with local audience behavior and regulatory requirements;
- Own affiliate CRM management & manage affiliate tracking, ad-serving, and campaign attribution platforms to ensure accurate performance measurement;
- Ensure all affiliate activity adheres to local regulatory frameworks across Germany, Denmark, and Bulgaria;
- Build and maintain long-term, performance-focused relationships with high-value affiliate partners;
- Identify and execute ad-hoc growth opportunities based on performance data and market demand.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (a Master’s degree is a plus) (required);
- 2+ years of proven experience in Performance Marketing or Affiliate Marketing, preferably within iGaming (required);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required);
- Professional proficiency in German, or native-level fluency, is a strong plus (preferred);
- Strong understanding of affiliate, influencer, and performance marketing models (required);
- Extremely numerate with a superb understanding of cost control (required);
- Great sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills (required);
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data-driven decision-making (required);
- Strong understanding of commercial models and local market dynamics (required);
- Strong understanding of brand awareness and market expansion strategies (required).
