Finance Intern
We are seeking a proactive and highly detail-oriented Finance Intern to support our Finance team in Brazil. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in finance by contributing to the day-to-day operations that ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across our financial processes.
- Prepare and organize financial documents, ensuring accuracy and proper filing.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Support monthly closing activities by gathering data and updating reports.
- Help reconcile financial records and identify discrepancies.
- Extract and analyze basic financial reports to support decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities by compiling relevant data.
- Support internal controls and compliance processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Maintain organized documentation across shared folders and systems.
- Participate in regular check-ins with your manager to align on priorities and receive feedback.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Finance, Accounting, Administration, Economics, or a related field (required).
- Advanced English, sufficient for initial global communication tasks (required).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking (required).
- Good organizational and time management skills (required).
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn (required).
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (required).
