Gaming Partnerships Specialist
We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Gaming Partnerships Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and delivering our gaming proposition across the markets we operate in, working alongside the Senior Gaming Partnerships Manager to develop innovative products and impactful promotional campaigns. Collaborating closely with CRM, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams, you will leverage player data and market insights to craft tailored strategies that drive engagement, retention, and growth. With a passion for the gaming industry and a strong analytical mindset, you will help ensure our gaming offering remains competitive, compelling, and continuously evolves to meet player needs.
- Support the Senior Gaming Partnerships Manager in the development of new gaming products and promotional campaigns;
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the online casino space, with a proven track record of success in CRM and account management roles;
- Liaise with CRM HQ and local CRM teams, leveraging player data across countries and segmentation techniques to tailor communication and marketing efforts to different player personas, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time;
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for innovation;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of gaming campaigns;
- Regularly analyze player behavior, engagement metrics, and conversion rates to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
- Monitor the performance of gaming propositions and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement;
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations that summarize market insights and proposition performance;
- Assist with budget management and reporting for gaming propositions;
- Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, provide feedback to the team, and contribute to effective product development.
- 2–3+ years of experience in the online casino industry (CRM, Partnerships, or Proposition roles);
- Strong understanding of promotional mechanics and campaign execution;
- Knowledge across the full spectrum of gaming products, including RNG, Live casino, lottery, and bingo, is a must;
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders (local markets, product, finance)
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills;
- Good analytical mindset (comfortable tracking performance and costs, such as bonus caps);
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools is a strong advantage.
