Head of Product, Entertainment & Engagement Platforms
The Head of Product, Entertainment & Engagement Platforms is a management team position leading the product organization behind the platforms that power our Sportsbook, Gaming, and Rewards experiences for millions of customers across 20 markets. Reporting to the Director of Technology, Entertainment & Engagement Platforms, you will own the product vision, standards, and prioritized 12-month roadmap for the platform ecosystem at the heart of our commercial growth — the engine room behind real-time betting, gaming operations, CRM, and loyalty at massive scale. You will lead a product organization of approximately 35 Group Product Managers and Product Managers through 6–9 senior direct reports, with a clear mandate: evolve our platform ecosystem into a unified, product-led operating model that acts as a proactive enabler of commercial growth — not a service provider. This role demands deep iGaming domain expertise across Sportsbook, Gaming, and Rewards, command of platform product management at serious scale, and the leadership range to raise the bar of an already high-performing organization.
- Own the product vision and prioritized 12-month roadmap across all platform domains, translating commercial mandates from the Sportsbook, Gaming, and Rewards verticals into sequenced, achievable delivery plans;
- Co-create firm-wide products with vertical product leadership, balancing new capability delivery against platform stability and technical-debt reduction;
- Hold final sign-off on roadmap prioritization, platform product capacity allocation, and the product delivery sequence required to fulfil commercial goals;
- Drive measurable outcomes: reduced time-to-market for vertical features, increased adoption of standardized platform capabilities over custom workarounds, and operational efficiency across the functions the platform supports.
- Lead, mentor, and develop an approximately 35-person product organization, fostering a high-performance, accountable product culture that consistently meets Kaizen Gaming's delivery standards;
- Set clear objectives, run performance and development cycles, and build the leadership capability of your management layer of product leads and domain managers;
- Attract, develop, and retain elite product management talent in a highly competitive market.
- Continuously optimize squad formations and the allocation of GPMs/PMs across teams as business priorities shift — producing an agile structure that removes bottlenecks without losing delivery momentum;
- Ensure the product organization's shape always matches vertical demand, scaling domains up or down as the business requires.
- Define and enforce high standards for product discovery, documentation, and delivery across all platform domains, ensuring consistent, high-quality output that vertical teams can rely on;
- Monitor the holistic performance of platform product and operations — spanning CRM, trading operations, and gaming operations platforms — and turn insight into action;
- Embed compliance-by-design and responsible gaming principles into platform product standards across our regulated markets.
- Act as the primary interface for resolving cross-vertical priority conflicts, ensuring the platform remains a scalable enabler for multiple high-revenue product verticals;
- Evangelize platform capabilities firm-wide — promoting the platform's value to secure cross-functional buy-in and proactive adoption;
- Provide senior stakeholders transparent insight into platform performance, trade-offs, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
- Share ownership of the vertical's budget (OpEx and CapEx) with the Director of Technology, including the product organization's training and development investment;
- Ensure resource allocation decisions maximize commercial impact and platform leverage.
- 8+ years in product management, with 3+ years leading product teams in high-scale technology environments (required)
- Proven iGaming industry experience spanning Sportsbook betting, Gaming/Casino, and Rewards/Loyalty, gained at a leading operator or supplier in regulated markets (required)
- A track record of product-led transformation : moving organizations from technology-led service delivery to commercially aligned, product-led operating models (required)
- Strong command of agile delivery at scale — squad models, capacity planning, and roadmap management tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro, Power BI) (required)
- A strategic, data-driven mindset , fluent in KPIs such as time-to-market, platform adoption, and operational efficiency, with the analytical depth to make evidence-based trade-offs (required)
- Executive-level stakeholder management , with the credibility to align Heads and Directors across commercial and technology functions (required)
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience (required)
- Fluency in English , with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment (required)
- Experience operating at the scale and pace of a leading global GameTech / iGaming operator (nice-to-have)
- Expertise in platform product management — high-scale, multi-tenant platform environments serving multiple commercial verticals (nice-to-have)
- Exposure to real-time, high-traffic transactional systems — sportsbook trading, live betting, real-time CRM, or bonusing engines (nice-to-have)
- Experience driving internal platform adoption in a multi-brand or multi-market group (nice-to-have)
