Junior Marketing Operations Executive

Description

This is a central, highly dynamic, and demanding Marketing Headquarters position reporting to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager (HQ). You will work hand in hand and actively cooperate with diverse stakeholders within and outside the Marketing division, including CRM, Casino, Affiliates, Tech Scrum teams, Compliance, Legal, Creative & PR agencies. Your primary responsibility will be to establish, contextualise and create added value in the marketing projects, to deliver optimum scalable results in key marketing areas for the Group.

Responsibilities
  • Assume full ownership of internal marketing tools: Take charge of the creative management platform and affiliate marketing tools, providing support to all markets across the Group.
  • Actively support new market launch needs: Play a crucial role in both pre-launch and post-launch activities, ensuring successful market entry from a marketing perspective.
  • Utilise knowledge of the market, product, product strategy, and competition: Apply your insights to design and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  • Implement innovative projects: Drive initiatives that contribute to achieving the company's growth goals.
  • Coordinate 360° marketing activations: Oversee and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns that cover various channels and touchpoints.
  • Be the go-to person for marketing cross-functional projects: Keep track of project progress, timelines, and deliverables, while also sharing updates and reports to foster collaboration and receive feedback on product marketing success.
  • Work with internal teams on product launches: Collaborate with different teams to ensure a successful product launch, covering aspects like go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and differentiation.
  • Ensure consistency of the product positioning and messaging: Align the product's positioning and messaging with the overall marketing strategy to maintain coherence and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Studies (BA, MSc) in a relevant field (required).
  • 1-2 years of experience in very dynamic environments of holistic Marketing (required).
  • Previous experience in the gaming industry would be considered an asset (preferred).
  • Previous experience in cross-media campaigns & buying (Digital and ATL) would be considered an asset (preferred).
  • Diverse cognitive skill set, including experience and deep understanding in areas such as 360 Marketing (online & offline), Product, Tech, and Business (required).
  • Previous Performance marketing experience and/or understanding will be considered a strong plus (nice-to-have).
  • Understands and gets inspired by global marketing trends and how modern marketing will be shaped in the years to come (required).
  • Business orientation and understanding (required).
  • Excellent command of English is mandatory (required).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills (required).
  • Be proactive & take initiative, ready to push projects quickly and efficiently (required).
