Social Media Manager
Betano is seeking an organised, proactive, and technology-driven Social Media Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of social media initiatives across multiple platforms and agencies. This role is less focused on content creation itself and more focused on project management, operational excellence, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and ensuring the successful delivery of social media campaigns and always-on content.
- Manage social media calendars and campaign execution across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of content and campaigns.
- Develop presentations, performance reports, and executive updates.
- Monitor social performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Support major events, sponsorship activations, and real-time marketing initiatives.
- Implement and improve workflows, processes, and operational efficiencies.
- Identify and leverage AI tools to improve planning, reporting, content workflows, and productivity.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice and execution across channels.
- Strong experience in social media, digital marketing, content operations, or project management (required).
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills (required).
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities (required).
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (required).
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and reporting tools (required).
- Strong understanding of major social platforms (required).
- Demonstrated interest or experience using AI tools (required).
- Fluent English (required).
- Experience in sports, entertainment, media, gaming, betting, or fast-paced consumer brands (nice-to-have).
