FeedConstruct is on a search for Account Manager. FeedConstruct is an award-winning global sports data and technology company delivering advanced solutions to the iGaming and Sports industries. Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships
  • Be a connecting point between partners and internal teams
  • Work with partners on optimizing return on investment across products
  • Collect, verify, and rank partners' non-technical and technical requirements for new product features and functions
  • Understand the objectives and the logic of each request, report the case to the appropriate internal team
  • Handle additional tasks delegated from the upper management
  • Do daily/weekly analytics of the partners' business state based on the platform reports, identify areas of improvement, and offer solutions
  • Fluently master all the Feedconstruct’s tools and product features to be able to train the partner and give clear, accurate, and detailed information on each of them
  • Present new product upgrades, and functionalities and make sure the partner understands them
  • Manage in an efficient and timely manner all operational issues that impact the smooth delivery of the product/service to the partner
  • Generate new ideas for the development of the platform and products
  • Periodically get acknowledged with the industry news, research the competitor
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Literature, Business Administration, or any related field
  • At least 2 years of experience working in sales, customer support, or client relationship management role
  • Excellent knowledge of the English, Chinese and Armenian languages
  • Knowledge of any other foreign language will be considered as an advantage
  • Proven record of accomplishment in managing and growing client accounts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to proactively resolve client challenges and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.), and MS Office is mandatory
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Data-driven and customer service-oriented person
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or defects
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
