B2B Marketing Manager

- Lead Generation & Funnel Management: Design, implement, and optimize B2B marketing funnels to consistently generate qualified leads
- Strategic Planning: Align marketing initiatives with sales goals to improve MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) to SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) conversion rates
- Relationship-Driven Initiatives: Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing activities including exclusive events, business trips, hospitality activities, and participation in major regional exhibitions
- Digital Campaign Execution: Manage and optimize performance across platforms such as Zoho, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other essential marketing tools
- Content Strategy & Analytics: Create engaging content and analyze industry trends while monitoring campaign metrics to measure and improve ROI
- Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with sales teams to build relationships with key commercial partners and enhance overall marketing impact
- PR & Review Platforms: Coordinate PR activities and manage official postings on industry review websites
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing or sales management (preferably within the IT or Fintech sectors
- Prior experience in the iGaming or gaming industry is a significant plus
- B2B Expertise: Proven experience in marketing or sales, specifically within professional B2B environments
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), digital marketing tools, and data analysis
- Strategic Problem Solving: Ability to think strategically to solve complex sales problems and align with long-term commercial objectives
- Agility & Communication: Strong communication skills with the agility to adapt to fast-paced industry shifts
- Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in English is required for international partner communication and global campaign management
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align creative marketing with hard sales targets
- Collaborative Mindset: Building strong internal bridges between Marketing and Sales departments
- Accountability: Taking full ownership of the lead lifecycle from generation to conversion
