Chief Commercial Officer | Gaming Content Business Unit
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead and scale the commercial function of our iGaming content business, which includes Live Casino, RNG game production, and a Poker platform. This senior leadership role is responsible for building a professional, high-performance B2B organization that drives growth through exceptional sales execution, marketing leadership, and commercial innovation.
- Sales Leadership: Build, lead, and scale a professional B2B sales and account management team targeting operators, game aggregators, and platforms, with full global P&L ownership
- Marketing Strategy: Oversee B2B marketing initiatives, including brand development, product marketing, and lead generation, in close collaboration with product and content teams
- Value Proposition & Go-to-Market: Define and continuously optimize product positioning, messaging, and commercial packaging
- Strategic Accounts: Personally manage key customer relationships and lead high-value commercial negotiations
- Pricing Strategy: Own and evolve pricing models, revenue share frameworks, and incentive structures
- Team Development: Build a high-performance commercial culture and attract top-tier talent to regional teams
- 8+ years in senior B2B commercial leadership roles, ideally in iGaming, SaaS, or consumer tech businesses
- Proven success in building and leading global commercial organizations
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in business modeling, forecasting, and strategic execution
- Deep understanding of iGaming (Live Casino, RNG, aggregation, platform integration) is a major plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, Mandarin, or Armenian is an advantage
