Commercial Excellence Lead
We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Lead to strengthen the Gaming Content business unit team. The person will build and drive the operational backbone of our commercial organization. This strategic role will support the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Sales teams by delivering the insights, tools, and frameworks needed to scale our fast-growing Gaming content business, spanning Live Casino and RNG games.
- Sales Enablement: Create and manage high-quality sales collateral (pitch decks, product sheets, ROI calculators, and client templates) in close collaboration with Product and Sales teams
- Sales Analytics & Reporting: Design and maintain key commercial dashboards and reports. Lead target setting, performance tracking, portfolio allocation, and pipeline visibility across regions and segments
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and prioritize high-potential clients across global markets using data, segmentation models, and commercial insight
- Pricing & Commercial Terms: Define scalable pricing structures, contract terms, negotiation guidelines, and commission schemes aligned with business objectives
- Process Optimization: Build and continuously improve commercial workflows, including deal review processes, CRM hygiene, pipeline governance, and customer segmentation
- 4+ years in commercial operations, sales strategy, or go-to-market roles—preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, consulting, or the gaming industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Armenian or Russian is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with fluency in Excel/Google Sheets. Hands-on experience with CRM (e.g., Zoho) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven ability to create clear, professional-grade sales and marketing materials
- Background in iGaming or high-volume B2B sales environments is a strong plus
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable operating independently as a "SWAT" resource in a dynamic commercial setting
