Customer Support Specialist (Armenian, Russian or English) / Mixed Shifts
VBET is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist customers by addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues with a focus on Armenian, Russian or English speaking Customers. This role requires working in rotating shifts: morning, evening, and night (10:00 - 18:00, 18:00 - 02:00, and 02:00 - 10:00). The successful candidate will be working within a fast-paced, exciting, and highly productive environment. This is a demanding, responsible, varied, exciting, and challenging role where a passion for customers, sport, and betting is essential. Individuals with commercial awareness and strong communication skills are sought to satisfy customers and offer them a great user experience.
- Deliver customer service through online and phone support
- Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors from different departments
- Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments and requests
- Inform customers about deals and promotions
- Proficient user of Armenian, Russian or English languages both spoken and written
- Enjoy finding solutions to a variety of problems and supporting customers in a friendly and productive manner
- Curiosity and interest in digital products and applications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment
