Head of AI GTM
SoftConstruct is a global technology leader in SaaS and iGaming, scaling its AI Center of Excellence to directly accelerate revenue growth with its B2B partners. At the heart of this transformation, the AI Center of Excellence exists to create measurable commercial impact — helping partners grow their player base, increase engagement, and drive top-line revenue. We are focusing SoftConstruct's strategy around AI-powered solutions that give B2B partners a competitive edge in their markets. In this role, you will translate AI capabilities into concrete partner wins, turning strategic vision into deals closed, pipelines expanded, and revenue delivered. You will own and drive the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for AI-powered solutions, bridging the AI CoE, commercial teams, and clients to accelerate product adoption and revenue growth.
- Own and drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for AI products, including positioning, commercialization, and scaling
- Define target segments, priority markets, and go-to-market focus areas for Betconstruct AI solutions
- Define and evolve product value propositions aligned with market needs and customer priorities
- Enable and align Sales and Pre-Sales teams to drive pipeline growth, conversion, and consistent market messaging
- Establish structured feedback loops from clients and commercial teams to inform the AI CoE product roadmap
- Define product packaging and pricing strategies based on market demand and competitive landscape
- Establish and track key performance metrics (e.g., product adoption, deal velocity) to measure and improve sales enablement effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in go-to-market, strategy, business development, or commercial roles, with exposure to AI/ML initiatives
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Solutions/Pre-Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
- Experience launching and scaling products, including positioning, sales enablement, and incorporating customer feedback into product development
- Understanding of AI/ML use cases (e.g., churn prediction, personalization, recommendations) and their commercial impact
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and develop compelling narratives for both technical and business audiences
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
