Head of Product
As the Head of Product, you will take full ownership of VBET’s global product ecosystem, driving strategic direction, execution, and performance. A primary and immediate priority will be restructuring the current product organization into a highly scalable, efficient framework that supports rapid growth. By refining processes, optimizing team structures, and breaking down silos, you will ensure our product teams are robust, agile, and equipped to deliver long-term success in a highly competitive, evolving international market.
- Restructure & Scale: Transform the current product organization into a modern, scalable structure with clear ownership, transparent development frameworks, and robust cross-functional alignment.
- Vision & Roadmap: Define, articulate, and execute a customer-centric global product strategy that balances core platform consistency with local regional adaptability.
- Data-Driven Growth : Infuse a rigorous data-driven culture across teams, ensuring all product decisions, prioritization, and roadmaps are rooted in unit-economy principles, ROI, and deep analytics.
- End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the entire product lifecycle — from discovery, research, and concept validation to launch, optimization, and iteration.
- Funnel Optimization: Own and refine the core unit economics and performance metrics of the product funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization).
- Experimentation Culture: Foster a strong culture of continuous experimentation, leveraging rapid validation, MVP methodologies, and advanced A/B testing to maximize product performance.
- Team Building: Mentor, scale, and lead a high-performing international product management team, promoting a culture of extreme ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Framework Delivery: Establish and institutionalize modern product discovery and delivery practices that drive speed-to-market without compromising quality.
- Localization & Compliance: Drive sophisticated localization strategies to achieve flawless product-market fit per region (navigating local UX nuances, payment systems, and strict regulatory compliance).
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate seamlessly with Marketing, Operations, Finance, BI, and Compliance to embed product perspectives into global business strategies and create structured feedback loops.
- Competitive Edge: Monitor global industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to keep VBET innovative, personalized, and ahead of the market.
- Proven C-level Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as a CPO, VP of Product, or Head of Product within the iGaming industries.
- Track Record of Transformation: Proven experience in successfully restructuring, scaling, and managing international multi-disciplinary product teams.
- Data & Unit Economics Mastery: Exceptional analytical background with a strong focus on unit economics, commercial metrics, and data-backed prioritization frameworks.
- Global Product Scaling: Experience managing complex products across multiple global markets (handling cross-border localization, payment architectures, and local compliance).
- Exceptional Communication: Strong leadership charisma with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders, align regional teams, and effectively collaborate in a remote/hybrid international matrix.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent English and Russian is a must (knowledge of other languages relevant to our core regions is a plus).
