Internal Audit Senior Specialist (AI Calculations and A/B Tests)

- Test and analyze AI models with implemented calculations to ensure their accuracy and compliance
- Execute technical and methodological audits to ensure data and algorithm transparency and compliance with internal and external standards
- Analyze A/B test results and evaluate their statistical validity and the accuracy of conclusions
- Collaborate with data science, product, and business analysis teams to detect and monitor risks for the intended purpose
- Compose reports, recommendations, and audit protocols for leadership
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or adjacent fields
- 2 years of experience in data analysis and audit
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Power BI
- Strong skills in software development, including Python, version management systems (e.g., Git), and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) or experience working with Scikit-learn
- 2 years of experience in A/B test planning, analysis, and result evaluation
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, independence, and impartiality
- 1 year of experience in model validation or MLOps in the field
- Knowledge of AI ethics and data protection
