Product Operations Manager
The Product Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing the product lifecycle by enhancing process efficiency, improving cross-functional communication, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization and Partners.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable processes for the entire product lifecycle, from launch and post-launch iteration (e.g., release process, feature request intake).
- Serve as the primary internal resource to the Product Management, Engineering, and Design teams, providing them with the necessary tools, documentation, and streamlined workflows to maximize their efficiency.
- Act as the key operational liaison between the product team and external partners or vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Standardize and facilitate the communication of product updates, launch schedules, and strategic changes to key internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Account Managers, and Executive Leadership).
- Work closely with Product Marketing and other teams to manage the operational aspects of product and feature launches, including internal training, resource preparation, and process adherence.
- Help define and enforce consistent release cadences, ensuring all required steps (QA, documentation, communication) are executed properly and on time.
- Proactively identify operational risks, process inefficiencies, or workflow gaps that could impact product quality or operation and propose actionable solutions.
- Own and optimize the process for collecting, centralizing, and synthesizing customer and user feedback (e.g., support tickets, surveys, user interviews, feedback) to deliver actionable insights to the Product team.
- Partner with Data/Analytics teams to ensure the right product usage metrics and KPIs are tracked, documented, and made accessible through standardized dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product operational health and efficiency, reporting regularly on progress and areas for improvement.
- Drive the adoption of new processes, tools, and best practices within the Product organization and among cross-functional partners.
- Strong skills in process design, optimization, and cross-functional coordination
- Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams
- Ability to manage and standardize stakeholder communication across internal and external partners
- Familiarity with go-to-market (GTM) workflows, product launch preparation, and cross-team enablement
- Understanding of release management practices, including QA alignment, documentation flow, and rollout procedures
- Strong capability to identify operational risks and propose practical mitigation strategies
