Project Manager / VBET
We are looking for a proactive Project Manager with hands-on experience in managing Data Platform or iGaming projects. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills, is confident in driving Scrum ceremonies, and can ensure delivery focus while coordinating technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead and manage end-to-end projects (Data Platform, iGaming)
- Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives). Ensure team alignment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine and document requirements. Write clear issues description and acceptance criteria
- Maintain a clean and prioritized backlog. Monitor scope changes and ensure sprint focus
- Support team productivity by managing capacity, clarifying blockers, ensuring the Definition of Done
- Track team velocity, capacity, burndown and use them to adjust planning
- Identify and mitigate project risks. Act early to prevent delivery delays
- Prepare and maintain SOWs, Project Charters, RACI matrices, and meeting summaries. Keep Confluence structured and up to date
- Manage communication with external and internal stakeholders. Balance expectations and drive alignment on deliverables and priorities
- Share weekly and monthly progress reports, sprint summaries, and delivery logs. Communicate blockers and escalations early
- Understand high-level architecture of data pipelines, speak the same language as engineers and analysts
- Understand and support Data Governance practices and documentation requirements
- Continuously identify process bottlenecks, propose improvements, and implement feedback loops
- 2+ years as a PM in Data or iGaming domains
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile delivery cycles
- Jira (dashboards, filters, backlog refinement), Confluence (structure, templates), optional: Miro
- Experience writing requirements documentation, DoR, DoD, Acceptance Criteria
- Know how to track velocity, burndown, and capacity, and how to use those metrics in planning
- Experience facilitating communication between technical and business teams
- Able to draft and manage SOW, RACI, Project Charter
- English — Upper Intermediate, Russian
- Ownership mindset, proactive communication, facilitation skills, emotional intelligence
- Structured, delivery-driven, aware of team dynamics. Encourages open communication
- Experience working with Data Engineering pipelines (Nice to have)
- Exposure to tools like Metabase (Nice to have)
- Ability to map roadmap milestones, estimate resource needs (Nice to have)
