Sales Manager

Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking. You will present and sell the company’s product offerings to target clients by clearly highlighting its value. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction is crucial. Monitoring sales performance, setting sales targets, and providing regular reports on progress are key duties. Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly is also part of the role. Collaboration with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals and product offerings is expected. Overseeing the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and agreements, and ensuring accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management are also responsibilities. Fostering a high-performance sales culture by implementing coaching, performance reviews, and recognition programs is important. Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are in line with the job description and do not contradict the labor code.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 1+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience in B2B sales, customer relationship management, and contract negotiations is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and lead generation techniques
  • Proficient in negotiating contracts and managing key accounts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level is required for communication with international clients and reporting
