Senior Affiliate Manager (iGaming)
This role is for a Senior Affiliate Manager (IGaming) at VBET. The position is remote and full-time, open to candidates worldwide. The core responsibilities involve identifying, onboarding, and managing new affiliate partners, building and maintaining long-term relationships to drive sustainable growth, and owning affiliate performance with a focus on traffic quality, revenue generation, and ROI improvement. The role also includes reactivating and engaging existing affiliates, continuously optimizing partnerships, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, conducting competitor analysis, and driving continuous improvements. Communication and stakeholder management are key, requiring daily interaction with regional stakeholders and aligning affiliate activities with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Affiliate Marketing and performance-driven acquisition models, with experience in iGaming or similar industries being a strong advantage. A proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset is essential. Nice to have qualifications include an existing affiliate network, English language proficiency, and leadership experience.
- Identify, onboard, and manage new affiliate partners across key product verticals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates to drive sustainable growth
- Own affiliate performance, focusing on traffic quality, revenue generation, and ROI improvement
- Reactivate and engage existing affiliates within the network
- Continuously optimize partnerships to achieve and exceed KPIs
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics and traffic sources
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to scale acquisition
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends
- Drive continuous improvements and incremental revenue growth
- Maintain daily communication with regional stakeholders
- Align affiliate activities with internal business goals and marketing strategies
- Represent the company at industry events with clear objectives and measurable outcomes
- Solid understanding of Affiliate Marketing and performance-driven acquisition models
- Experience in iGaming or similar industries is a strong advantage
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
