Senior BI Analyst

The ideal candidates need to have Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, at least 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field. - Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for reporting and data analysis.
- Optimize data models, ETL processes, and database queries to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct data validation and quality assurance to maintain data integrity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven recommendations for business growth.
- Work closely with developers and data engineers to enhance data pipelines and reporting frameworks.
- Automate reporting processes and improve data retrieval mechanisms.
- Stay updated on BI tools, data visualization best practices, and industry trends.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence principles.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
