Senior Graphic Designer / VBET
We are looking for a creative, hands-on Senior Graphic Designer to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned work across various projects and platforms. This role focuses on strong design execution, solid craft, and consistent performance within our collaborative team structure.
- Design and develop high-quality visual content for all social media platforms (FB, IG, Telegram, X, YouTube), ensuring all ads, stories, and banners are optimized for mobile/desktop and tailored for specific campaigns
- Coordinate with regional teams and product managers to produce localized content that maintains brand identity across different international markets
- Review the performance of visual assets across various channels to identify opportunities for creative optimization and improvement
- Lead the design and production of high-quality visual content for print and digital media, including promotional materials, campaigns, websites, social media graphics, and more
- Own the development of brand guidelines to ensure a consistent global identity while creating compelling presentations to communicate design strategies
- Oversee the full design lifecycle from initial concept to final execution, managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with Lead Designers, Art Directors, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, present design concepts, and effectively address feedback or progress updates
- Conduct research into target audiences and gambling industry trends, staying updated on the latest tools and technologies to ensure the brand’s visual presence remains competitive and cutting-edge
- Foster a collaborative environment by providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers, while actively contributing to brainstorming sessions and constructive design reviews
- Use research insights and performance analytics from various channels to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for creative optimization and improved marketing effectiveness
- Present design concepts and progress updates to management and other key stakeholders if needed
- At least 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of print and digital work
- Proven experience leading design projects within a centralized design team, preferably within the gambling or gaming industry
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, with a deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual identity development
- Experience with web design (HTML/CSS knowledge); familiarity with motion graphics, video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro), and interactive design is a significant plus.
- Ability to create animations and interactive designs is a plus
- Strong mentoring skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and provide technical feedback to junior designers
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to think strategically and articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders
