Excellent opportunity to join Betsson Group as our new full time CRM Coordinator - Sportsbook Global Promotions. Betsson Group is seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented CRM Coordinator with a "can-do" attitude to join our Global CRM & Engagement department. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an amazing team of CRM enthusiasts. In this role, you'll execute global promotions across multiple brands and markets designed to engage and entertain the group’s wider customer base beyond the gameplay.

Responsibilities
  • Use JIRA to manage global promotions projects and tasks, and maintain effective communications with all teams and relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of the global promotions calendar.
  • Configure player rewards and bonuses within the campaign systems.
  • Collaborate with local copywriters to ensure full localisation of global promotions materials, transforming global mechanics into local messages.
  • Upload and test customer-facing communications (e.g., SMS, emails, landing pages, onsite messages, banners, push notifications) for promotions, ensuring all assets are fully QA'd, approved, and ready for the scheduled launch.
  • Monitor the "shop window" to ensure all promotions are displayed correctly across our products and that the customer journey is working as intended.
  • Act as the main point of contact for our support team regarding customer queries related to global promotions, and collaborate closely with them to optimise customer journeys and reduce contact-drivers.
  • In addition to standard office hours, you will also work on a roster alongside other Global Promotions CRM Coordinators to provide after-hours support on any incidents relating to CRM promotions.
Requirements
  • At least one years’ experience from igaming or from a similar CRM role in another industry. (required)
  • Experience working with Jira, HTML, and Excel. (required)
  • Genuine interest in Sportsbook. (required)
  • Strong project management skills, enabling you to handle multiple campaigns and tasks concurrently. (required)
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English. (required)
  • Understanding of player bonuses and incentives. (required)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and email marketing platforms, ideally from Salesforce or Xtremepush. (required)
  • Experience working in a multi-brand and/or multi-market environment. (required)
  • Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, Greek, Latvian, Polish, or one of the Scandinavian languages is a significant plus. (preferred)
