Game Testing Intern
This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of iGaming, learn from industry experts, and contribute to the growth of an innovative gaming company. As a Games Testing Coordinator Intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the gaming portfolio by reviewing all gaming sites and ensuring that games function correctly, content is accurate, and designs are displayed properly. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the liaison between game providers and the company, ensuring a seamless release of new and old content.
- Following a games template provided by the Operations team and making sure that all games on site, from all our brands are functional and working as they should be.
- Serve as the central point of contact between our company and game providers, maintaining strong and positive relationships with partners.
- Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of games to ensure they meet our quality standards and are compatible.
- Working with internal departments and following the correct procedures when a game does not work.
- Following up in a timely manner and making sure that all stakeholders are aware of the situation.
- Monitor game performance and user feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to our team.
- Supporting the rest of the Central Gaming where and when needed.
