Product Owner - Data & AI
As part of the Data & AI Product Team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams to deliver value-driven solutions across multiple business areas. You will be responsible for products spanning Data Ingestion, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning, ensuring they deliver meaningful business impact. You will contribute to the Data & AI product vision and roadmap, acting as an ambassador for Data & AI products and clearly communicating their value across the organisation. The role involves translating ideas into well-defined requirements, maintaining product artefacts in Jira and Confluence, and working closely with technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Prioritise initiatives and backlog items based on business value and impact.
- Contribute to the Data & AI product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Translate ideas and opportunities into clear business requirements in close collaboration with development teams.
- Own and maintain healthy, prioritised backlogs for Data & AI products.
- Lead refinement and sprint planning sessions with technical teams.
- Act as an ambassador for Data & AI products, promoting their value and adoption across the organisation.
- Partner with Product Teams across the business to deliver cross-domain initiatives.
- Engage stakeholders effectively, managing expectations and ensuring clear, consistent communication.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for the Data & AI function.
- Ensure delivered products meet agreed quality standards and reflect the expectations of an organisation like Betsson.
- Communicate roadmap updates, progress, and delivery status to key stakeholders.
- Proven experience in a Product Owner role (required).
- Previous exposure to Data, Analytics, AI, or Machine Learning products (required).
- Strong analytical and business analysis skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems (required).
- Comfortable working with Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation (required).
- Able to prioritise effectively, balancing short-term delivery with long-term value (required).
- Confident communicator, able to engage and influence stakeholders at different levels (required).
- Meticulous, organised, and reliable, with a strong focus on quality and delivery (required).
