QA Engineer - Gaming
The Gaming Area within Product Development is now hiring a QA Engineer. The Gaming Area at Betsson Group focuses on Game Play and Game Discovery across all our brands and markets, aiming to offer the best gaming products and an exciting user experience. This role will involve both backend and frontend testing, working closely with engineering teams to ensure reliability, performance, and a high-quality user experience across our applications.
- Testing platform improvements and product features across both frontend and backend systems
- Building and maintaining automated test suites
- Validating APIs, backend workflows, and service integrations
- Testing UI functionality, usability, and user journeys
- Collaborating with developers, DevOps engineers, and QA teams to improve release quality
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the development teams
- Helping ensure platform stability, reliability, and overall product quality across services and applications
- Strong experience in Quality Assurance across frontend and backend systems (required)
- Experience designing, executing, and maintaining automated tests (required)
- A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills (required)
- Understanding of API testing and service validation (required)
- Experience testing user journeys, and responsive applications (required)
- Ability to work collaboratively within Agile teams (required)
- Passion for improving quality processes and engineering standards (required)
- Good communication skills and attention to detail (required)
- Experience with Playwright with TypeScript for test automation (required)
- Experience with Postman for API testing and validation (required)
- Experience with Swagger for API documentation and endpoint verification (required)
- Experience with Browser Developer Tools for frontend debugging and network analysis (required)
- Experience with Grafana for monitoring and observability (required)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices (required)
- Experience with Logging and debugging tools (required)
- Experience with Version control systems such as Git (required)
