Content Manager

Description

We’re looking for a Content Manager to join Better Collective and help us drive the coordination, production, and optimisation of content for the Brazilian market. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated local team, as well as our global SEO specialists, to contribute to building products and experiences at the intersection of sports, media, betting, and technology.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the production of high-quality betting and iGaming content in Portuguese.
  • Perform keyword studies, develop targeted content strategies, and ensure all assets are optimised according to the best SEO practices.
  • Track content performance, check for factual accuracy, and continuously optimise pieces based on business priorities, data, and market trends.
  • Keep an overview of legal and competitive changes in the Brazilian market while working closely with the team to provide the best user experience.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a content management, planning, or writing role, ideally in the betting or iGaming sectors.
  • It is a plus to have a background in journalism and hands-on experience working with WordPress.
  • Native Portuguese speaker with strong English skills for international communication.
  • A passion for sports, a strong attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset.
  • You have good energy, a desire to grow, adaptability to change, and you aren't afraid to bring new ideas to the table.
