Video Editor & Producer, Partnerships
The Video Editor & Producer, Partnerships role involves expanding the reach and impact of video offerings across a changing media landscape. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build products and experiences at the intersection of sports, media, betting, and technology. Working within a leading sports betting and prediction brand, the focus is on facilitating the integration and syndication of premier betting content into major partner platforms to ensure it is engaging, discoverable, and optimised for consumption.
- Transform long-form videos and podcasts into highly engaging short-form clips (such as Reels, Shorts, and TikToks) tailored for social media and distribution hubs.
- Create and produce custom segments for recurring shows and standalone video-on-demand (VOD) content.
- Ensure all video assets are optimised for partner syndication, YouTube, Instagram, and other major digital platforms.
- Design high-quality, eye-catching thumbnails and visual assets to maximise click-through rates and audience engagement.
- 1–3 years of professional experience using advanced video editing software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro (required).
- A passionate sports fan and/or bettor who deeply understands what resonates with sports betting and prediction market audiences (required).
- Strong familiarity with current video distribution strategies, including YouTube optimisation, syndication, clipping, and social media algorithms (required).
- Experience creating compelling digital graphics and thumbnails using tools like Canva or Photoshop (required).
- Exceptional core editing skills with the ability to seamlessly transition content between long-form and short-form formats (required).
