Research Recruitment Coordinator
The Research Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in executing user research projects across sportsbook and casino studies. Working closely with the Betting Hero Research team, you’ll handle logistics, communications, and data tracking to ensure every project runs smoothly. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the field of UX research. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting studies that shape the future of digital gaming experiences.
- Assist with identifying, screening, and scheduling participants for in-person and remote studies.
- Coordinate study setup, manage session invites, track attendance, and ensure smooth day-of execution.
- Serve as a point of contact for participants-sending confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate participant and project records; support panel database updates.
- Help maintain and organise research tools, documentation, and shared resources.
- Assist with participant payments and ensure timely delivery of incentives.
- Work closely with senior leaders to identify process improvements and enhance team efficiency.
- Provide general coordination and administrative support for ongoing research initiatives.
- 1–2 years of experience in research coordination, project coordination, marketing operations, or administrative support (required).
- Experience in SaaS, gaming, or agency environments (preferred).
- Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills (required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required).
- Able to multitask effectively and stay calm under pressure (required).
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, Respondent, UserInterviews and/or Qualtrics (required).
- A proactive problem solver who enjoys supporting a collaborative team (required).
- Passionate about understanding users and improving digital experiences in the iGaming space (required).
- Experience in iGaming (nice-to-have).
