The Country Manager empowers the team with ownership of their respective areas of responsibility, while ensuring the department works cohesively. They provide feedback in order to optimise the performance of managers, team leaders and team members within their allocated portfolios. From a customer services perspective, The Country Manager ensures that the whole player journey and engagement is tracked and monitored, with the focus being on the retention of customers. The daily monitoring of trends and changes with player journeys is measured. All new changes and their outcomes are also measured. This role is responsible for ensuring that statistics and trends are monitored and measured at all levels. The Country Manager ensures that continuous testing of the website is carried out, maintained and monitored. This role is responsible for the general updating and management of the country websites and ensuring that the proofing of the website content is managed effectively. They research and implement best practice strategies and processes for new and innovative technologies/guidelines/processes that can be utilized across the organization in an efficient manner.
