As our ISMS Manager, you’ll play a key part in delivering Information security management system and getting hands-on with managing and maintaining the ISMS and ISO 27001 certifications. Your drive and ideas will help us move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.

Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain the ISO/IEC 27001‑aligned ISMS, including scope, policies, standards, methodologies, and artefact structure.
  • Maintain the Statement of Applicability (SoA), ensuring alignment between risks, selected controls, and control objectives.
  • Ensure the ISMS remains current in response to business, regulatory, and threat landscape changes.
  • Define, document, and maintain information security controls aligned to ISO/IEC 27001.
  • Support control owners in implementing and embedding effective controls into operational processes.
  • Ensure controls are proportionate, risk‑based, and fit for purpose without unnecessary operational friction.
  • Coordinate evidence collection and validation across control owners and departments.
  • Prepare the organisation for certification, surveillance, and re‑certification audits.
  • Ensure evidence is complete, current, mapped to controls, and audit‑ready at all times.
  • Support information security awareness initiatives aligned to ISMS requirements.
  • Promote understanding of ISMS obligations, policies, and roles across the organisation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on ISO and ISMS‑related matters.
  • Monitor ISMS performance, control effectiveness, and maturity.
  • Track non‑conformities, observations, and improvement actions.
  • Act as primary liaison with ISO certification bodies and auditors.
  • Plan and manage audit schedules, responses, and the timely closure of findings and non‑conformities.

  • Demonstrable experience managing or operating an ISO/IEC 27001‑aligned ISMS (required)
  • Strong understanding of information security risk management and control frameworks (required)
  • Experience coordinating ISO audits and managing external auditors (required)
  • Proven ability to translate ISO requirements into practical, business‑aligned controls (required)
  • Strong documentation, evidence management, and attention to detail (required)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (required)
  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends (preferred)
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations (preferred)
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards (preferred)
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies (preferred)
  • Experience in regulated or audit‑heavy environments (e.g. gambling, financial services, payments) (preferred)
  • Experience supporting multiple entities or jurisdictions under a federated ISMS model (preferred)
  • Familiarity with related frameworks (e.g. NIST, SOX ITGC, GDPR, PCI DSS) (preferred)
  • Lead Implementer or ISO 27001 certifications (preferred)
