AI Engineer (Site Factory & AI Automation | Full-Stack AI Systems)
Kosmo is looking for a strong AI Engineer to join its team. Kosmo is a performance marketing company operating in highly competitive markets and providing partners with high-quality organic traffic, with a 90% SEO-first approach.
The role involves building AI agents and automated workflows for business operations. The engineer will design and develop AI-powered solutions using modern LLM frameworks, work with RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI infrastructure. Automation of website deployment and operational processes is key, as is developing internal AI tools for SEO, content, and product teams. Building integrations using Python and APIs, running experiments, and optimising AI solutions based on performance metrics are also core responsibilities. Monitoring production AI systems and continuously improving their quality, alongside collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions, are essential.
- Build AI agents and automated workflows for business operations.
- Design and develop AI-powered solutions using modern LLM frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with AI agents or multi-agent systems (required).
- Strong Python skills (required).
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks (required).
- Understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases (required).
- Experience integrating AI APIs and automating workflows (required).
- Basic knowledge of Docker, Linux, and CI/CD (required).
- Experience with AI-powered content generation or automation is a plus (nice-to-have).
- Systems thinking, ownership, and a results-oriented mindset (required).

- Work across 15+ geos in Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets.
