Banking Onboarding Manager
We are looking for a Banking Onboarding Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end process of opening business bank accounts across multiple jurisdictions. This role focuses exclusively on corporate bank account onboarding (no acquiring, no MID setup), ensuring smooth communication with financial institutions and successful account openings for our entities.
- Manage the full lifecycle of business bank account opening across multiple GEOs.
- Identify and select suitable banks based on business needs and jurisdiction specifics.
- Handle direct communication with banks, onboarding teams, and compliance departments.
- Coordinate onboarding calls and follow-ups with financial institutions.
- Track onboarding pipelines and ensure timely account openings.
- Align business needs with banking requirements.
- Maintain long-term relationships with banks and onboarding teams.
- Prepare and structure full corporate documentation packages (KYB/KYC).
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted materials.
- Draft business descriptions, transaction flows, and supporting documentation.
- Handle compliance requests, EDD inquiries, and follow-ups from banks.
- Lead and coordinate a team of onboarding specialists.
- Distribute workload and manage onboarding pipelines across team members.
- Establish internal processes and improve onboarding efficiency.
- Monitor performance, timelines, and success rates of account openings.
- Proven experience in opening corporate bank accounts (banks / EMIs).
- Strong understanding of KYB/KYC, AML, and compliance processes.
- Experience working with multiple jurisdictions.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with banks and compliance teams.
- Experience in team leadership or process management is a plus.
- Experience with affiliate and/or subscription-based businesses is a plus.
