Content Manager (Part-Time)
Our partner company is building a team to work on a tourism-focused website. The project is quite unique for the Ukrainian market, offering plenty of room for ideas, strong decisions, and professional growth. If you are a Content Manager who can turn chaos—texts, meanings, pages, and deadlines—into a clear, structured, and effective content system, we are looking for you. We need someone who will not just fill the website with content, but lead this direction: build logical structures, maintain quality, see the website through the user’s eyes, and understand how content contributes to business goals. Strong knowledge of Kyiv—its districts, locations, transport, and everyday movement scenarios—is essential, along with the ability to recognize when content about the city feels disconnected from reality. Our goal is to create authentic and accurate content about the city.
- Managing the content stream of the project from planning to publication.
- Creating, structuring, and populating website pages with content.
- Coordinating the production of texts, visuals, descriptions, SEO materials, and other content elements.
- Working with WordPress CMS: creating pages, updating information, and ensuring content accuracy.
- Preparing clear briefs for copywriters, editors, translators, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Proofreading and editing materials before publication.
- Ensuring content quality, stylistic consistency, and logical structure across the website.
- Collaborating with SEO, design, development, and project management teams.
- Managing deadlines within your area of responsibility.
- Contributing to the development of the content strategy and proposing ideas to improve user experience.
- Experience as a Content Manager or Lead Content Manager in digital/web projects.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress websites.
- Understanding of website structure, page logic, content types, and basic UX principles.
- Experience coordinating content processes and working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written Ukrainian.
- Good working proficiency in English.
- Strong attention to detail and solid editing skills.
- Ability to manage large volumes of information and keep processes well-organized.
- Strong self-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results.
- Experience with SEO content is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, Google Docs, and Google Sheets is a plus.
- A dynamic and creative team environment.
- The opportunity to directly influence the structure, quality, and look of a large-scale tourism web project.
- Freedom for initiative, ownership, and implementation of strong ideas.
- Flexible working hours and the possibility of remote collaboration, with an expected workload of 20 hours per week.
- Professional growth, new challenges, and engaging tasks.
