Customer Support Representative
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will support users from all over the world, resolve their requests, and grow within a dynamic team. - Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring a high level of service.
- Process customer complaints, provide effective solutions via email and chat, and follow up on requests until they are fully resolved.
- Handle payment-related issues: review refund requests, resolve payment problems, and verify users.
- Manage user subscriptions, providing up-to-date information about their status and changes.
- Execute and monitor tasks in the internal system to maintain organized and efficient workflows.
- Confident command of English (Strong Intermediate level or higher) for effective communication with customers via chats and emails.
- A natural inclination for problem-solving: the ability to listen, understand the situation, and find solutions with a positive attitude.
