Delivery Manager
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join Boosta and take ownership of building and evolving a scalable, metrics-driven delivery system within a business unit. This role focuses on managing delivery as a structured system — through processes, metrics, flow optimization, and resource management. The key objective is to ensure stable business outcomes by improving predictability, speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Take full ownership of end-to-end delivery within the business unit.
- Analyze and optimize existing delivery pipelines and operating models.
- Build a stable and scalable delivery system.
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the delivery flow.
- Optimize delivery cost through process improvements and resource balancing.
- Design delivery infrastructure that enables flexible resource scaling.
- Define and implement delivery standards and metrics.
- Manage business demand and prioritize backlog based on value and impact.
- Ensure transparent stakeholder communication and risk management.
- Stabilize delivery during change and high-pressure situations.
- Proven experience owning end-to-end delivery at a business unit level.
- Experience building or transforming delivery processes.
- Strong expertise in flow optimization and bottleneck management.
- Experience working with delivery metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of backlog governance and business prioritization.
