Head of Affiliate
We are looking for a Head of Affiliate to join our partner team operating in the iGaming niche, who will develop the affiliate network in Tier 1 markets, scale the affiliate direction, and build a strong team to achieve ambitious business goals.
- Attract and onboard new Tier 1 affiliates.
- Manage and grow an affiliate portfolio (50–200 partners).
- Build an Affiliate team over time.
- Monitor traffic quality.
- Create and update promo materials: banners, landing pages, creatives.
- Negotiate terms with partners.
- Analyze competitors’ performance in the market.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Managerial experience in Affiliate Marketing / iGaming on the product side, especially in Tier 1 markets.
- Experience working with different payment models: CPA / Hybrid / RevShare.
- 28 business days of paid off.
