Jira Implementation Lead
We are currently looking for a Jira Implementation Lead to join our partner company, Fit4Me, which creates personalized health and fitness products for users worldwide.
- Designing and implementing a unified Jira architecture for Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, and Payment functions.
- Leading the full migration from Asana to Jira — including templates, workflows, roles, access, and process history.
- Building task routing logic, cross-team handoffs, approval chains, and blocking rules.
- Setting up recurring templates, automations, notifications, and deadline logic.
- Creating management dashboards for team leads with statuses, blockers, and priorities in one view.
- Onboarding teams into the new system and supporting their adaptation.
- Building a scalable operating model ready for further department rollouts.
- You have 3+ years of experience designing process architecture in Jira.
- You have experience building workflows for non-tech teams such as Finance, Operations, Legal, or similar functions.
- You have strong Jira automation skills and can configure solutions independently.
- You have experience migrating from Asana to Jira.
- You have hands-on experience with role schemes, access permissions, and cross-team handoff logic.
- You can run requirements sessions with functional leads and translate them into system solutions.

- Experience managing the Atlassian ecosystem at the organizational level.
