Junior Financial Controller
We are looking for a Junior Financial Controller who is eager to grow within the finance function of an IT company and gain hands-on experience with real business processes. If you enjoy working with numbers, bringing structure and clarity to data, and gradually taking on more responsibility, we would be happy to welcome you to our finance team.
- Support daily financial processes of projects.
- Maintain revenue and expense accounting, including regular reconciliations with payment systems, banks, and partners to ensure data accuracy.
- Participate in the preparation of monthly management reports (P&L, BS, CF) and provide analytical commentary.
- Support the budgeting process and monitor the execution of quarterly plans.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- From 1 year of experience in Accounting or Junior Finance roles.
- Experience in IT/Subscription-based companies will be an advantage.
- Understanding of financial statements structure (P&L, BS, CF) and core accounting principles.
- Excel / Google Sheets: strong proficiency (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, IF), with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Experience working with accounting systems (QuickBooks, 1C, or similar).
- English: Intermediate+ (ability to read documentation and work with English-language system interfaces).
- Nice to have: Experience working with payment systems such as Stripe, Checkout, Adyen, or similar.
